SY GROUP uses Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager (ID: GTM-NM9K6HW6) to measure the website's audience and improve the user experience. The data collected is anonymised (anonymizeIP enabled) and does not allow an individual to be directly identified.
Data collected by Google Analytics: pages visited, session duration, device type, country of origin (aggregated), traffic source. No cross-referencing with identifying personal data is carried out.
Google Analytics is activated only if the user has consented via the cookie banner. In the absence of consent, no analytics cookie is placed.
In accordance with Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 and recognised good practice in data protection, the retention periods are as follows:

Upon expiry of these periods, the data is securely destroyed (permanent deletion from databases and active backups). No data is retained beyond the applicable legal periods.
The data collected is intended exclusively for SY GROUP's internal teams. It is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Limited access may be granted to technical service providers bound by confidentiality obligations:
Google LLC processes Analytics data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For client data relating to insurance products, GNA-CI Assurances is a co-recipient of the information necessary for the management of the contract.
In accordance with Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013, you have the following rights over your personal data:
